I have spent sometime away from the Eschaton, mainly I started to get bored with it. I just have to move onto something different from time to time. I love this universe that Thornton has created for us. But like Larsons star force Series or Jay Allan's Crimson worlds, I need to take a break, not becouse I loose interest but becouse if something happens that i don't like i feel let down.But Colony Ship Eschaton I'm back baby! And Mr Thornton it was so easy to reconnect with the characters that once again. I say brovo!
The main characters were once again someone i could easly become emotionally invested in, even the dog. Its a fun yarn and good job

Excellent read! John Thorton is a master storyteller that keeps the story on track throughout the series. My only criticism is the misspellings and occasional syntax errors that can be bothersome. I recommend the book and the series!
