This D3 calendar is amazingly true to the characters of the game. The artwork rotates between about 4 artists who each has a distinct style: from hyper realism to bold line art. The images show the original player class characters wearing armor you can actually find in-game battling demons you can recognize instantly. The exception is the December image, which is a fun painting of the Witch Doctor dressed as Santa with one of his zombie dogs sporting a red Rudolph nose--I wish that was something available in game! Fans of the Demon Hunter class will be disappointed though--there is only one image and it isn't used for any of the months--it is just the opening picture. barbarian fans will be thrilled: The cover art is reused for January and a male barbarian shows up later on as well.The text of the calendar uses the Diablo font, US, UK, AUS/NZ holidays are marked, the days are easy to read and are displayed in boxes of a decent enough size to jot down reminders.
Diehard D3 fans won't be disappointed with this calendar, whom I suspect would be the only people buying this at the $15 list price. I got mine from the Warehouse deal page for a third of that, so I am extremely pleased with it.
